Quiet apartment near green space with one balcony facing it. High quality windows that keep the noise out. Easy access to most historical places. Nice restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. Direct bus to Rome Tiburtina train station. Apartment has everything you need.

I chose this apartment because of two things: people commented that it was quiet and it was advertised as having two bathrooms. The quiet part was true. But the bath part was not: yes, the apartment had two bathrooms but the second one was closed. The owner claimed it was a Booking mistake, but I made sure that I saw pictures of two bathrooms in the advertisement. And there was a second bathroom, but locked. I am not sure why she chose to keep it locked. It is unpleasant when you count on a fact, then you reach the destination and you find it is not offered. It is advertised as a "deluxe" apartment. This is a stretch: Ikea type furniture is not deluxe. The fridge had rust on the door (see picture). It is advertised as being close to Colosseum. Another stretch: there is a direct metro that reaches Colosseum in 4 stops.

Apartament mare, suficient pentru 4 persoane . Aprox 5 min de mers pana la metrou statia Malatesta. Aprox 5 minute pana la supermarket Lidl. Farmacii, gelaterie, magazine la parterul blocului.

The apartment was truly clean and beautiful, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony and the view were amazing. It took less than 3 minutes to reach the metro, and we could easily get to the Colosseum. There were also many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it!
