Апартаменти зручні, комфортні. Тихе місце - вікна виходять у двір. В помешканні є все необхідне і щоб випрати речі ,і щоб приготувати їжу.
Незважаючи на пізній приїзд господарі зустріли нас - це приємно.
Наше перебування тривало 9 ночей, ми мали змогу відвідати Рим- до поїзда 7 хвилин ходьби і відпочити на пляжі - теж недалеко від помешкання.
У місті бракує чистоти, але це не провина господарів

The property was clean, spatious and comfortable, in a good location of Ostia.
It offered everything for a short stay and Raffaele was a very welcoming host offering many restaurant suggestions and even helped us to book at several restaurants.
It was very easy to communicate with Raffaele on whatsapp, because he speaks english and we appreacited that he welcomed us in person.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Raffaele a été d’une gentillesse remarquable et a été très arrangeant (il nous a notamment permis d’arriver un peu plus tôt que l’heure prévue).
L’appartement est très bien placé: il est à 10min à pieds environ des commerces et 15min à pieds de la plage.
L’appartement est très bien équipé et est très propre.
Nous recommandons fortement !
Tout était parfait ! 😌
Petit bémol sur le lit qui grince dès que l’on s’allonge.

The rooms are clean and neat, close to the station and especially Raffaele is the best host ever! He is so helpful, careful and friendly! There was a washing machine in the unit which helped us a lot. You won’t regret staying here.
