Very cozy and clean apartment, very helpful host. The host met us personally and came back to take keys at the last day. Both times she was right in time, and there was no need to wait
One of the air conditioners did not work, but the host reduced price for substantial amount because of that, and she was really concerned about it. Technician couldn't fix it before the end of our stay.
But the air conditioner in the bedroom worked well. The only thing, that the water from the air conditioner goes to some bottle on the balcony. And you should spill it out every 8 hours. If you don't, water will come to neighbours on the floor below

The apartment was close to family for a wedding. We had a full kitchen, washroom with also laundry machine. Stores, restaurants and beach were all in walking distance. Train/subway is very close by. The decor of the apartment was very nice and it was very clean, there were 2 balconies, air conditioning and very spacious for us. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay there again. Enjoyed my stay there very much. The host is helpful and easy to get a hold of.
Just have to remember to empty the jug of water from the air conditioner daily on the balcony. They should get a larger jug is my only suggestion. Not a big deal.

The apartment was bigger and better equipped than we expected. Kitchen with everything and more. Host wonderful and helpfully advising us how to get there from Rome. Excellent to relax in this quiet and wonderful place with both antiques and ruins, and also a very nice beach. It costs as much to get to here with a Metro and train as to travel inside Rome (€ 1,50).
Couldn´t have been better! Wish we could stay longer.

The host was attentive and tried to be very helpful, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.
Although the listing suggested it was near the airport, the property is actually quite far, so it should not be presented /advertised as an option in the airport neighborhood. The sofa was not clean, and the shower door did not close properly, causing water to escape onto the floor, which felt unsafe and slippery. While the host did try to be helpful, she stayed too long when my daughter needed to shower, so more privacy would have been appreciated.
In addition, the host only accepted cash for an extra tax charge of $18 per person, which forced us to look for an ATM late at night despite having an early flight the next morning. The neighborhood itself did not feel entirely safe for going out late, and there was also a noisy argument coming from another apartment. When factoring in the rental cost, the extra tax, and $40 per trip in transportation (totaling $80), this is not a practical option for staying close to the airport.
