Tutto molto nuovo ben organizzato, pulito, un’eccellente sistemazione. Condominio tranquillo e ben insonorizzato.
Forse la difficoltà a trovare parcheggio per chi arriva in auto ma alla fine girando un posto non troppo lontano si trova sempre.

location is good for walk to restaurants and and easy drive to Fiumicino airport. Good location to stay the night before a morning depature.
We were 4 people. The pullout couch/bed in the living room was horribly uncomfortable and load. There is air conditioning but only in the bedroom, which does have a good bed - so for 2 people this place is great. Entry into the house is a bit unusual as it requires an app on a phone that opens both front door and room door. If you don't have good internet connection entry into the house is not possible.
