We were so lucky to choose this apartment! It's a spacious, cozy, and very clean studio with a large, comfortable bed. The owners simply charmed us with their warm hospitality, care, and generosity: they organized a private transfer to the airport (at a very good price) and offered lots of sweets, tea, coffee, and other treats. We always felt like we were visiting good friends, who made sure we had everything we needed, even in the bathroom (it felt like home). We were especially pleased to find a metro station just 50 meters away (30 minutes to Porta San Paolo station in Rome) and a Correfour supermarket in the neighboring building. We had a wonderful time and would happily return to this apartment again.

Una doverosa premessa, sono 1,83 metri e più di 100 kg quindi alcune cose mi stanno "strette" e morbide" ma dipende da come sono fatto, mentre mia moglie e mia figlia, essendo normali, non hanno avuto le stesse sensazioni.
Posizione: eccellente, entro 100 metri ci sono un supermercato e la stazione centrale di ostia con la quale si arriva in centro in modo economico, semplice e veloce. Entro 500 metri c'è il mare, ristoranti economici e no, zona pedonale.
Proprietari: gentilissimi, disponibili, mai invadenti ma premurosi.
Appartamento: possibilità di parcheggiare nel condominio ma anche facile parcheggiare in strada. Ascensore, piccolo ma fondamentale per non caricarsi delle valigie.
Dotazioni: eccezionali, mai trovate a questo livello, ed io viaggio molto. Security box a combinazione; lavatrice, stendino asse e ferro da stiro; pantofole usa e getta, mascherine per gli occhi, anche se ci sono le tapparelle, spray per la pelle anti zanzare; kit di primo soccorso, estintore, grande televisore ed ottimo wi-fi; cucina con frigo con freezer vero, bollitore elettrico, microonde, macchina caffè Nespresso, prodotti per la colazione, caffè, the, fette biscottate, marmellate, biscotti; letto matrimoniale con topper, piumino, cuscini fini e cuscini grossi, divano letto comodo; bagno completo con finestra PER ME con cabina doccia un po' piccola, shampoo, sapone mani, sapone corpo, sapone intimo, kit spazzolino e dentifricio; asciugamani e teli per il mare... anche il secchiello per i bambini! Insomma, una dotazione superlativa e mi sono senz'altro dimenticato qualcosa... Pulizia generale eccellente.
PER ME, grande, grosso e ciccione, una cabina doccia più grande sarebbe stata perfetta.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt - lokalizacja bardzo dogodna do dojazdu do centrum Rzymu, blisko stacja MetroMare (2 min), blisko market Carrefour Market (2 min), parę minut spacerem do plaży. Apartament świetnie wyposażony, niczego nam nie brakowało i poza tym urządzony z gustem. TV z netflixem, super internet 1400 Mbps, Gospodarz wspaniały, dostępny pod telefonem, widać że w lokalu są przemyślane, potrzebne rzeczy, od środków czystości, akcesorii kuchennych, sporo szafek, przez książki, notatniki, kapcie, torby na zakupy, na artykułach śniadaniowych kończąc. Czystość bardzo dobra, w budynku jest winda, podwórko zamykane, balkonik. Gospodarz nawet gdy przyjechaliśmy dość późnym wieczorem podrzucił nas jeszcze do restauracji, abyśmy coś mogli zjeść, a w dzień wyjazdu nie było problemu aby zostać parę godzin dłużej.

Grazioso monolocale a due passi dalla stazione Lido Centro della Metromare e a 5 minuti dal centro di Ostia. Parcheggio in cortile condominiale. In casa c'è tutto quello che serve ed anche di più! C'era perfino una guida di Roma della Lonely Planet!
Alloggio pulitissimo e ottima comunicazione con l'host. Nelle vicinanze supermercato aperto fino alle 22 e, per chi ne ha bisogno, colonnine di ricarica auto elettrica.
