L’appartement est entièrement rénové, il y a tous les équipements, et il se situe en plein centre de Sarzana

Appartamento molto curato e ben fornito. Centralissimo (nella via pedonale del centro storico di Sarzana, peraltro bellissima cittadina che merita una visita) e comodo al parcheggio pubblico (per chi ha l'auto). La proprietaria e i suoi collaboratori sempre molto presenti, reattivi e disponibili a risolvere ogni problema.
Durante la nostra permanenza non c'era la disponibilità dell'aria condizionata, per problemi vari. La proprietaria ha però detto che sta provvedendo a sistemare la situazione. Sicuramente le aree condominiali del palazzo (entrata e scala) sarebbero da sistemare, ma ovviamente è un aspetto che non riguarda direttamente la proprietaria dell'appartamento. E comunque, appena entrati nell'appartamento, il tutto è veramente molto paicevole.
