Location d'un studio meublé. Très confortable. Immeuble assez récent très sécurisé,très bien situé. Très bon standing. Très bon accueil de l'agent immobilier qui gère le studio.

Appartement très bien situé près du port de Nice. Accessible de l’aéroport en tram. Supermarché, boulangerie et restaurants à proximité. Très calme dans une jolie résidence. Facilité d’accès aux clés. Propriétaire disponible et accueillant.

The apartment is located just 3 minutes from the port of Nice, where you can also catch the tram to the airport. On the other side of the street, there is a supermarket that is open from early morning until late in the evening. All the main attractions are very close by. The apartment is well equipped, with plenty of pots, plates, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There is also a washing machine and an iron available.
Communication with the flat owner wast very good, and the bed was not very comfortable.

Super Lage, Appartment war von Küche, Bad, etc. gut ausgestattet. Super war der Balkon sowie die Klimaanlage. Erwähnenswert ist auch die Sicherheit, Eintritt nur mit Chip, Aufzug mit code
Die ausziehbare Schlafcoach ist eine Katastrophe. Sie liegt in der Mitte durch und bei jeder Bewegung quitschen die Sprungfedern. Für Menschen die mit dem Rücken nicht so fit sind, nicht zu empfehlen.
