Situé à deux pas du port de Nice, cet appartement est idéal pour rejoindre à pied le centre-ville, la plage et la colline. Il y a également un tramway pratique qui dessert directement l'aéroport. La climatisation nous a été très utile pendant la canicule.

Je le déconseille aux personnes mesurant plus de 1,80 m, car les plafonds sont bas.

We were thrilled with the apartment and are so glad we booked our stay here. The main reason for our choice was the location and you just can't beat it - close to numerous trams and buses and only a 15 minute walk to the Nice Riquier train station. On foot access to the old town, to beaches, grocery stores, to literally everything you may need. The apartment was clean, easy to access (the lift only goes to the 4th floor so there is an extra floor up on foot to be aware of) and so so cozy! The ceilings are quite low in some parts so if you are a taller person you probably need to mind your head a bit more in the beginning, but once you get used to it, you start to move around the space automatically. There was a guide for the apartment left from the host, with even few days itineraries for Nice written by them which we found to be a great touch - if you are not used to preparing these in advance, this will be of huge help. Definitely recommend staying here for a feel of the real French lifestyle of living in a cozy roof apartment, overlooking the beautiful Côte d'Azur.

If I had to nitpick I'd say that few more options of tableware can be provided (as we did choose to have few dinners in after 10+ hours of exploring and found those to be a bit limiting) but those are minor observations that in no way will affect anyone's stay and do not take away from the amazing experience we had.

Great location close to the port

Nosiness. Also we purposely filtered for property that has parking which it didn’t. We were advised we can use the nearby secured carpark (for a fee obviously). On this basis all properties have parking facilities but this is not what most people would expect.

The apartment is centrally located, check‑in was easy, and everything was perfectly clean. Located at the attic in a beautiful old building very close to the harbor.

The attic room felt very cramped with limited headroom. The kitchen was so small it barely functioned as a kitchen. Teller guests will constantly need to duck to avoid hitting their heads.
