The London & Paris Hotel

Breakfast was nice. It's situated by the Harbour and there is a pleasant walk where the town has repurposed the old train station and harbour area. The parking uses Ringo and at night there's no charge so what appears to be expensive parking is in fact fairly reasonable as long as you don't want it in the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are boutique and I felt very comfortable on my own here. They are doing some maintenance but it was done in such a way that you hardly noticed it.

As it's right down in the harbour you have to drive through the town to get there and at the moment the council is upgrading the town centre. This means negotiating road works and many twists and turns and a one way system. However my Sat Nav worked fine to get me there. The outside of the building looks tired and some of the communal areas need maintenance.

Great location, beautiful rooms

Extremely comfortable. Very clean We particularly loved the view and the little touches that decorated the room . Radio and binoculars . We had a wonderful stay
