The room certainly qualified as a "Boutique Style". Lovely classy fittings and fixtures. It was very clean and had a lovely en suite with a bath or shower option.
The bed was very comfortable with spotless bedding. Facilities all that was needed. Parking available which is a bonus. Paige is a great host. The restaurant below is a must but make sure you book as it is very popular. We will definitely be back.
Nothing, suited us perfectly.

I stayed at the property for 3 nights and I found it to be clean and comfortable with everything that I needed for a short stay, and it is only a short distance from from a supermarket, a shopping centre, cafes and restaurants, and also a bus stop just 200 yards away to explore Kent and further afield.
The property is near a main road and my sleep was disturbed by occasional traffic, but I am used to living in a quiet area with no noise whatsoever, and so the occasional car, lorry, motorcycle probably wouldn’t wake others. Would I stay at the property again .. Yes I would.

Ideal location. The room was excellent for a one night stay. The room was clean and in good order.
Nothing.

Staff friendliness, location, food, hospitality and value for money from the attached restaurant.
Ironing board seemed to be broken and had a dirty cover. Some parts could have been a bit cleaner and some places needed repair such as the bathroom door and there was no bathroom floor towel.
