    Perfect stop on the way to an early Le Shuttle. Near all the bars you need, parking right outside and just behind if needed. They have a residents bar and front terrace overlooking the channel.We will use again on our next trip

    I loved my brief stay @ the Southcliff. Things are bit dated but the location was great to explore Folkestone's delights.

    The room was very dated the decor was also very dated everything needs bringing up to date having said that the room was very clean and the staff were very friendly

    Scaffolding up outside but needs more than a a lick of paint. Major refurb required and very old, tired and poor decor and building. Carpark has to be paid for and no guarantee of a space.
