The room was very pleasant, well equipped and a good size. The bed was comfortable, the tv was good, there was plenty of tea and coffee, the room was quiet, there was an efficient heater. It was not too far to walk from the town centre and railway station. The shower was comfortable to use. The windows were not double glazed but the surrounding area seemed to be quiet. There is a Tesco and Sainsburys close by.
There was no hair dryer.

Location is excellent. Not far from the station. Mermaid beach is a short walk as is the town centre.

Good position .Our bedroom was on the first floor and so there were not too many steps to deal with .Pleasant staff
Time of breakfast could have been until 9.30
As one who doesn`t have a cooked breakfast as well as toast it would have been nice if fruit salad could have been available and possibly cheese
