Amazing location, pretty room, pleasant and effective staff
The duvet was way too warm. A lightweight duvet or sheet would have been far more appropriate - and could easily have been provided at such an upscale property. It really affected comfort. Also the coffee maker was tucked away making it astetically pleasing at the expense of making it difficult to use. It was a nice place, though and a folded sheet in the room would solve theost pressing problem

I received a breakfast hamper because I would be gone before breakfast started the next morning to catch my slot on the Euro Tunnel - this was exceptionally helpful and something I wish more hotels/accommodation providers would do. The contents were perfect for a breakfast before heading off. I arrived late in the day and was able to get access no problem.

The restaurant and food were excellent and would definitely return. The staff were helpful and courteous. The location looking out to the harbour was lovely and our reservation put us at the window which was great.
The room was very clean and comfortable but much smaller than anticipated. There was very little room to maneuver and the shower room was swimming in water. The drain perhaps needs cleaning. The small fan in the room meant it was extremely hot overnight. It is understood that we had extremely unseasonal weather conditions at the time of our visit.

Absolutely tiny room - for £300 a night the size of the room/bathroom is a joke.
