It was right at the beach, shops and restaurants very close by.
The beds and sofa comfortable, plenty of blankets, even had towels and plenty of cuttlery and dishes to prepare food indoors. Heating was working and the balcony was a plus appreciated. The Tv was very useful for kids with youtube and netflix on it. Had a big fridge and microwave useful. Washing machine was even in.
A dryer would have been normal to have in the flat as was difficult after bath for kids to keep them dry as is very easy to get cold.

La ubicación y el equipamiento del apartamento perfectos. Además, Fran, es un excelente anfitrión, siempre atento a cualquier necesidad.
Solo había un pequeño problema, el portero automático no funcionaba.

Aangename locatie.
Het feit dat de verhuurder geen contact neemt wanneer je vragen stelt die hem niet bevallen. Wij zaten met autopech en daarmee gedwongen in Spanje. Ivm reparatie van onze auto moeten bijboeken. Dat was geen probleem, enkel een vereiste van Francisco dat het contant moest. Keer op keer aangegeven dat ik na afloop wel een bewijs van betaling moet hebben voor onze reisverzekering. Dat kon allemaal geregeld worden en dat was allemaal geen probleem.... zou je denken. Tot wij betaald hadden. Hierna verbrak hij het contact en beantwoordt hij geen enkel bericht. Tot op heden geen gehoor. Zowel vanuit booking als vanuit Francisco. Als hij verder gewoon eerlijk naar ons was geweest, had ik z'n nummer zeker behouden voor een eventuele volgende reis. Maar dat gaan we nu dus niet doen.
