Great stay, as always.

Location is great. You are near lots of places to eat and drink and the beach is literally a stones throw away. The apartment has everything you would need. Having stayed there for quite a few years now, it has spoilt me for the convenience.

Sone of the showers could do with an update but nothing that you would moan about.

Great location right on the paseo with good views ....sea view is a bonus . Very clean modern & bright .. Though the beds are narrow the mattress are good Kitchen well equipped ( bottled water would have been good on arrival) Good size balcony I enjoyed my morning coffee there Heating system very good & needed as winter & colder in the evenings.. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay & shall re-book in the future

Kitchen window needs a new seal as do the patio doors in the lounge area.. When the high winds hit the breeze came in. Apart from that nothing !

It was nice enough for what I paid

Nice and comfortable, nice sofa and TV facilities, cooking facilities were ok and managed to cook most nights. balcony had a great view of the sea and surrounding area.

Rhonda III is positioned above a paddle tennis club and so after 9am all you can hear is people hitting the ball on a paddle racket, which is very noisy and so I could not have a lie in. There was also a lot of work going on every morning and could hear the child upstairs running around on the floor.

Loved the location but would not stay in this accommodation again.

The location is perfect overlooking the beach. There was a lovely sea view from our balcony. The air conditioning worked very well. The shower had good water pressure. There were 3 lifts to our floor which were all working throughout our stay.

We were very disappointed with the living space in the apartment. The lounge was very narrow with a small very uncomfortable couch and the kitchen was very small with one small window above eye level. The balcony was small with uncomfortable chairs so nowhere to relax and enjoy the view and there was no shade so by late morning it was too hot to sit out in full sunshine.

Enjoyed the place but let down with accommodation,

very disappointed with apt,we paid extra to get a superior room with sea view. we got a side sea view and we were told apts are all the same,we just got a higher floor for our 150 euro for superior room. If this was a superior room I would dread to think what a standard room would be like. Bath was disgusting and sink tap in bathroom was hanging off.when we spoke to reception it was then replaced. we contacted booking .com who were no assistance at all.we will never be back or recommend apartments to anyone.

No accessibility to staff on weekends. Check-in is a little complicated. Luckily someone directed us to the front door. The elevators were a little unpredictable. lots of remodeling going on.

Balcony not cleaned enough (bird poop) Shower head should be exchanged for a new one, as it is leaking from everywhere Some renovations going on in the building - a bit more noise during the day, but I spent most of the time outside, so that is not a problem. But the renovations cause the main entrance to not be usable on one day (changing flooring) and I was not able to get into the building through the side entrance (I didn't have a key with me, apartment can be opened with a phone and main entrance with a code), some random person luckily let me in Not a smart TV, but with a lot of channels I could hear every toilet flush of neighbors above me VERY loudly

No pre-information about the construction site just outside. Impossible to enjoy the balcony. The sewage smell in the staircase all week, and no information about it. Details maybe but we missed hookes in the hallway and kitchen, shoehorn etc. In the bedroom there is no bedlamps.

The location was perfect for us. Close to an excellent selection of restaurants. The beautiful beach literally just across the road.

Initially we were not happy with our room. However when we spoke to the host the sorted out our issues and upgraded our room. They were very helpful Would have liked to have sunbeds round the pool rather than having to lie on the grass
