Information from company in advance & on arrival was mostly clear and precise. Only thing missing was which floor flat was on.
Flat itself was safe, secure, clean and comfortable. Used as a full time holiday let, so very Ikea in its furniture and equipment. Could tell it was a company rather than a part time home by lots of bilingual signage etc
Location spot on, front line seat front, 8 mins walk from Los Boliches station. Stunning views from both sides of building across the ocean & whole landscape. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets close by.
Suited my needs for a 6 day break away
Would recommend & be happy to use again if in the location
Point to note the building itself is aging, the lifts have definitely seen better days & we’re a bit temperamental.
Also renovating going on within the building & the noise and mess got a bit annoying at times, as late as 9pm at night & one lift full of dust / spillage on at least 3 occasions.
It’s adjacent to a floodlit tennis court/club, small thing but that could get annoying long term.
