No communication, only 2 beds when we booked 3!!!
Clean.
We booked a three bed room for 3 adults. Only three beds were made. No bedsheets for the third bed. There was no towels for anyone. It was late and of course no reply on any of the numbers. Surprisingly they never replied the day after either. I asked booking and the host for a refund or adjustment of the price but they declined my request.
