No facilities available as the hotel was mid refurbishment which we were not told about. We requested an early check in - 12 noon, yet the room was still not available until 5pm.

Enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable.

Room was excellent and with the air conditioning we managed to stay comfortable.

Finding the hotel made me feel foolish, looking up the signage was a distraction as the Leoso sign was lower down and not clearly visible.

Big and clean room, location. Helpfull and nice team.

Still under constructions so no optio to have a breakfast. However shopping mall is close by and there is a nice place to grab somerhing in the morning

Currently, the hotel is under renovation. It looks like a construction site. I got a very old, smelly room that has nothing to do with the pictures they show.

The building was in rénovation and most of the aminities werd missing. No restaurant, no breakfast, no fitness, no swimming pool.

There were no eating facilities at the hotel but several restaurants were close.

Pleasant

The staff were friendly and the place was clean and central.

The room was cold .. no heating except for a little electric heater, which wasn't turned on when we arrived. I didn't realise until the next morning that I had to turn it in myself.. but it still didn't create much heat. It was -3° outside...

It’s not as convenient as expected to reach from Cologne due to the nature of transport in Germany. It takes double the time to get from one location to another.

No mention when booking of scaffolding all across the back of the building, no pool available and asked to pay cash when checking in as machine was not working, not willing to wait until next day , we were booked in for 4 days ... had to ask every day for coffee pods for the machine in the room,just a but disappointing to be honest.

The hotel is under renovation so nothing open apart from reception. No restaurant, kitchen, bar etc. I was not informed of this and charged full price with no amenities!

Superb

The hotel room is big and clean, and really new furnished. The location of the hotel is near the train station, it is convince to transport to other cities. Hotel is quiet and comfort stay.

No breakfast due to the re-furnishing of Hotel, hope next time can enjoy breakfast in hotel.

As poor as always & even worse.

LOL. Apart from the fact that it's near the train station there's nothing much to write about.

No restaurant. They used to have coffee machine previously which has stopped too. The prices are really high because of Cologne Messe guests coming in but this is a pathetic excuse of a hotel. They dont even have charging points next to the bed. So you can forget about working on your laptop from the comfort of the bed. Every year I come back thinking it cant get any lower, it has to improve but they seem to be hellbent on proving me wrong.
