A warm welcome and well looked after in the heart of Leverkusen.

Great friendly family run hotel with excellent breakfast right in centre of Leverkusen. Great, always busy restaurant next door that they also own. If you are visiting Köln or Dusseldorf, consider this as a much more cost efficient alternative.

Nice family hotel run by professionals with delicious breakfast

Nice small hotel, very good for a short business stay. And I felt like I am part of the family. That's something which is really rare in the modern world. Because the host Mario really care about his guests. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is delicious, a lot of things to try, Leverkusen is a very quiet city, and in reality very very close to Cologne. I plan to come back! rooms very clean! staff very attentions, the type of person that calls you by your name and remember the type of coffee that you like! very close to the city center!

people that like brand new furniture may not enjoy this hotel. In my case the comfort and cleanness compensates it.

We loved our stay at Hotel Arkade. Mario the receptionist at this hotel was very welcoming and friendly…..he couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. The location was very good and central. Room clean and breakfast was very nice. We would definitely return back to this hotel if visiting Leverkusen again. Thank you again for a great stay.

Great family hotel, incredible and very collaborative staff. Great position, just 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the city center. 20 minutes away from the football stadium.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, fresh fruit and freshly prepared eggs to order. Very friendly staff. Room neat and quiet. Didn't spend any time in the town itself as we were just traveling through.

After a long and difficult drive, my stay at the Arkade was relaxing and really comfortable.

the staff were helpful, friendly, and kind. they wanted to do everything they could to make this stay pleasant. i was on a long distance drive and they gave me a quiet room, and helped with all my arrangements.

Super one night stay in Leverkusen!

What a wonderful friendly welcome from the owner. We arrived around 12.30pm - a little too early to check in to our room, but this was not a problem and we were allocated a superb double room with spotlessly clean en suite, soft white towels and toiletries. Unfortunately we only booked one night here. Had we known how good it was going to be we would have stayed longer. Breakfast on our check out day was a superb array of food - fresh fruit and yoghurts, amazing bread rolls with hams and cheeses, scrambled eggs and wurst, fresh juice and great coffee.

….that we had to leave before exploring more and enjoying the hotel hospitality,
