    very recommended. the room was clean, neat and smell nice. the bed was very comfortable. everything nice and good. I am very happy with staff.. they are very kind.. always smile.. also can speak and understand B. Melayu.

    This few year,I’m stay to Butterfly Hotel every time when travel to betong ,but nowadays I found their cleaning need more improvements,table and floor have ants, bedsheet have the broken hole ,still use it.Hope the manager can care the issue .One more very important is the hotel staff stay at beside small room very noise in Morning , we haven’t wake up and listen their talking and rest inside small room.This is not very good to stay for all travelers.

    I was noticed the bedsheet and duvet cover was torn during my stay.i was cautions enough to take photo immediately and informed the staff.,so the staff didn’t trouble at checked out. However,I want to seriously warm the management,housekeeping must inspect linens before dressing the bed.If damaged sheets are used,frontline staff might mistakenly accuse guests of ruining them and demand compensation at check out,which will trigger server’s disputes..I avoided a misunderstanding this time only because I had photo proof.Please improve staff training and discard damaged linens promptly. The room was generally fine.
