    The pillow not very comfortable

    The plus points: The room was newly renovated and very clean. The lighting in the room was also good. The high floor I stayed had a great view of the town. The hotel front desk spoke good English and were very friendly which made it easy to communicate without having to use the online translator. When I had to extend my stay for another night, the process was easy and smooth too. The negative points: However, the toilet was not renovated and still had the old sewage system. This produced a foul odour in the toilet. When I informed the front desk, they sent housekeeping to spray some air-refreshener which lasted all but 10 minutes. The flushing system also not at its best. It needed multiple attempted to get everything cleanly flushed from view.
