    This establishment has no business presenting itself as a hotel—it is, in reality, nothing more than a dormitory. The continued use of the word “hotel” is not only inaccurate, but blatantly misleading. Charging guests for something as basic as towel replacement is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor hospitality standards. This is not how legitimate accommodation providers operate. Despite having fully booked through Agoda, I was still confronted by staff demanding full payment again upon arrival. This is a serious operational failure and raises concerns about their integrity and internal coordination. To make matters worse, the property is entirely unfit for travellers with luggage. There is no lift—only steep, inconvenient stairs—and the staff make no effort whatsoever to assist. The complete lack of service is glaring. This place falls far below even the most basic expectations. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking.
