    Good location, satisfactory facilities, and friendly front desk staff. However, the housekeeping service was disappointing. At around 11:30 AM, before the official check-out time, the cleaner repeatedly asked when we would be leaving while waiting outside our room. We explained that we were only taking some luggage to the car first before returning for the remaining items and checking out. Instead of understanding, the cleaner appeared visibly annoyed and spoke in Thai in a frustrated tone. We understand that housekeeping needs time to prepare the room, but guests should still be treated with courtesy, especially before the official check-out time. I hope the management can take this feedback seriously and improve the professionalism and communication of the housekeeping staff.
