⭐ Worst Hotel Experience Ever! ⭐ Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. First, we specifically requested a twin-bed room, but the arrangement and communication were very disappointing. We were told that we had to discuss it at the reception, even though we had already made the request while booking. The room was extremely small and cramped. The lighting was very dim, and there was practically no proper space to get ready comfortably. They provided a window, but what’s the point of having a window when it is completely blocked/covered and there is no proper view at all? It felt like a window was provided just for the sake of having one. Another major issue was the lack of a proper dressing/makeup mirror. There was no suitable mirror in the room for getting ready. The only mirror available was in the bathroom, so imagine having to walk back and forth to the bathroom just to do your makeup or get dressed. 😑 The air-conditioning was also disappointing. After switching it on, it took more than 20 minutes before the room started cooling properly. The only positive thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable and we managed to sleep well. That’s honestly the only plus point. Overall, the room was too small, the facilities were poor, the lighting was bad, there was no proper makeup/dressing mirror, the window had no useful view, and the AC took too long to cool the room. Worst and worst experience. ❌ I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bilik terlampau basic.. xde fridge xde kettle just ada coway luar bilik nk air panas ka pa tiap kali tu nk kena kluaq msuk bilik.. bilik kcik pstu iron pon suma sharing guna kt bilik laundry yg mana pakai steam iron bukan iron biasa sgt leceh.. n xkn repeat cuma pool ja n staff ok
