    This was my second or third business stay here, and it remains a solid choice. The rooms are clean, and the staff are consistently friendly.

    First time stay at simpang ampat, the room is nice, tidy, clean and the bed is awesome. Definitely have a good night sleep. Surround with Chinese restaurant and cafe. The down side is the parking as the hotel situated inside the gates parking area. Each time when re-enter the area need to pay parking and the hotel only cover for RM10 per night.

    The room was very small for a standard king room and definitely not worth the price. It felt quite expensive considering the level of service provided. The hotel did not provide slippers, and the body soap was empty, so I had to call and request it. The iron and ironing board were kept in a common area instead of being provided in the room. For a standard king room at this price, I expected much better service and amenities. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the money.
