    Coming from a nightmare of a booking hours before we checked in at Galaxy, it was all heavenly.. starting the front office - the super helpful and friendly Lin, it was all good for the next 4 days and 3 nites. The lobby was spotless clean (courtesy of the ever-smiling Mr. Housekeeping, sorry i didnt get your name), smells fresh and new. The rooms were perfect. Large, clean, and the aircond was a heaven-sent in this super warm conditions. Bathrooms were clean and smart looking, hot water was available, although I could use a bit more of a higher water pressure. Located in a quite nice area - respectable, good food is also available a few doors down at SARAPAN. Thank you for turning our nightmare Penang stay into a something truly memorable.     The hotel is quite new, less than two years old, and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. There are only five complimentary parking lots available in front of the hotel, while the remaining parking spaces are paid street parking. The Deluxe Room with a king-size bed was quite comfortable for a short stay. The hotel is also very conveniently located, just a 2-minute drive from KPJ Hospital, making it a convenient choice for those visiting the hospital. Coffee and bottled water were provided in the room, although there was no tea. Overall, it was good value for money and a convenient option for a short stay, especially for those visiting KPJ Hospital. However, my sleep was disturbed by construction work involving the replacement of solar lamp posts. The work continued until around 2am, which was quite disruptive and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
