Bob W London St. Paul's

Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us.

Very responsive and we didn’t have to worry about anything. It was all smooth sailing. We got to the property 30 min walk with an 8 and 6 year old from King’s Cross and it was a beautiful walk. Lots of cool stops. There were Restaurants beneath the property a the cathedral just down the road, it peeks through to Watling Street and the cobbled path makes it romantic. In the evening of our arrival we cross Southwark bridge and listened to some live Jimi Hendrix and ate fancy cookies. The next day we had a show to catch at 14:00 at Gillian Lynne so we set off for our walk at 9:30 got breakfast near Fleet Street and stopped at Sakurado for some mochi then Laduree where outside was a little street skit. Pollocks toy shop was so sweet all of these in Covent Garden. The show was incredible, we watched Totoro, went to seven dails for supper then walked home. We never needed a taxi. The morning of us leaving, we took the underground which was so close and went to Euston Square and went to the wellcome Collection, had breakfast. We then had pizza before catching our train for 14:00. It was the perfect weekend trip. The kids and adults were all happy. Thank you Bobs property for giving us a good well rest relaxing base to work around.

The excellent location and good price were definitely the main factors in my choice. The only downside was a hair in the bed (unfortunately not a sign of perfect hygiene, but I understand that can happen) and the shower head wasn't perfectly stable. As for the structure, nothing to complain about.

Great apartment and a good size. Location is great for St Paul's and a good base for travelling around London. However some of the bars nearby are not open on weekends as it's mainly businesses around here. Would definitely stay again.
