Casa dei Frutti di Ostuni

The villa is Ok. The beds are good and comfortable!The environment is quiet and you can really relax there.There is air conditioning in the villa which is perfect in summer. We had a nice surprise as the hosts have left some welcome presents like a bottle of wine, croissants, pasta and tarali Pugliese, milk! Thank you very much!

There’s an improvised kitchen if I can rather call it a kitchen with two stovetops and no oven. There is even no cupboard to use there if you decide to cook. What is more we had to use plastic cups, plates and cutlery which was not OK!The boiler in the bathroom is very small and absolutely not enough for 6 people to take a shower.There is a big garden next to and behind the villa but it looks absolutely forgotten as no body takes care of it.

Le propriétaire est d’une gentillesse incroyable. C’est lui qui a accueilli personnellement et nous a donné de bonnes informations sur les sites à voir et adresses de restaurants selon les budgets souhaités. La villa est située à l’extérieur de la ville dans ce qui pourrait ressembler à un lotissement traversés de petits chemins, un peu comme on en voit en Irlande, le soleil en plus !

Дуже приємний і ввічливий господар. Завжди був на зв’язку, швидко відповідав на всі запитання та з турботою цікавився, чи все добре і чи щось потрібно. Приємним бонусом стала пляшка вина як подарунок на привітання. Житло чисте, доглянуте, зі всім необхідним для комфортного перебування. Тихе й спокійне місце — чудово підходить для відпочинку. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e cortese. Sempre disponibile, ha risposto rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e si è interessato con attenzione se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. All’arrivo ci ha accolti con un bel regalo – una bottiglia di vino. L’alloggio è curato, pulito e ben attrezzato, situato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa – perfetta per rilassarsi. Consigliato a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e un’accoglienza cordiale!

La completa disponibilità della struttura, ampio patio e giardino curato, tipica terrazza sul tetto, tranquillissima posizione fuori Ostuni ma con l’auto in una decina di minuti si raggiungono il centro o il mare.

L’appartamento è ristrutturato da poco ma alcune cose, tipo le porte, risultano un po’ datate, soprattutto quella del bagno.
