Everything was amazing. Our early check in request was accommodated. A member of staff met us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know and said if there was anything at all we wanted, to ask.
We were very impressed.

Staying in a magnificent palace with a swimming pool in the city centre was like a dream come true... The owners were lovely, shared the history of the place with us, and even offered us an aperitif.

The hotel is located in the centre of Ostuni.
The description of the hotel is misleading and the pictures do not provide a realistic idea of what to expect. Guests are offered the choice of either a tiny room, or of a multi-room space suitable for families in a DYI vacation. Everything is old and smelly. The main bed in unconfortable so we wned up sleeping in a secondary room where the bed was just OK. Not worth the price. Only consider this hotel if you are in a family of four or with two couples who can tolerate smelly places.
