What a fabulous place to stay while visiting Ostuni!! The hotel is quintessential Italy🇮🇹Paolo and his wife were phenomenal! They went above and beyond taking care of our every need! They treated us like family! The breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start each day! Close to all the city has to offer! We will be back… Ciao for now!!
Nothing everything was perfect!!

Atmospheric grand home. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Valentina. We had the 2 Bedroom Melody Suite. Very spacious. Breakfast was good with an extensive continental selection of quality food.
Great facility with a car park
Close walk to Despar supermarket for self catering and 10-15 minute walk to the historic centre.
I would recommend.
The stairs up to our Suite was a bit challenging with luggage, but if staff are present, they offered to help. The bathroom in our suite was a bit dated. Could do with an update. The parking area is a bit tight to get in and out of, but that's Italy. Using an App to gain entry to the building, room and garden pool area was frustrating at times. Takes some time to get used to.

The location is very central to Ostuni so great for walking into town for restaurants and shops. Breakfast was lovely everyday and the pool and outside areas were beautiful. Our apartment was huge and well equipped.
Our bathroom needed updating. The bath was very stained with ingrained dirt or limescale. And likewise the shower screen, taps and grout all around the shower and bath were not 4 star quality. Just generally quite old and in need of updating.

The palazzo is beautiful, full of charm and character.
The people there were incredibly kind and welcoming, and especially pet-friendly. They also kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a great help as we were travelling with our dog.
We really appreciated their hospitality and truly enjoyed our stay!
