EVERYTHING!

The building itself is tastefully furnished and is equipped with every possible accessory that one might need for the stay. It is conveniently situated and at approximately 10 minute walk, through pretty and narrow little streets, from the historic centre,. There are also other bars and restaurants nearby. We had a large (huge!) private terrace, with sun loungers, table and chairs, etc. There is also a beautiful courtyard garden with a pool as well as further places to sit and relax. However, the best and most important thing for us, it’s the personal touch that is provided by the hosts, Paolo and Teresa, with the assistance of Valentina. Also other members of staff were friendly and helpful. They are attentive, welcoming and very friendly, but very respectful and mindful of your privacy. Thank you.

Lovely location, clean and the pool was a big bonus given the August heat!

The best stay my friends and I had. The facility is fantastic, the stuff is super polite and helpful ( thank you Valentina for being there for us) , the owners are very kind,generous and simply lovely people. The place is grand, very clean, the pool is well maintained and everything you need can be arranged within minutes. Next to palazzo there is a great lunch place with lots of local food to chose from and car/bikes rental we also used. It was definitely a great decision to stay there instead of Bari.

Literally nothing to improve, all 3 of us were positively surprised at every step.

The hotel is located in the centre of Ostuni.

The description of the hotel is misleading and the pictures do not provide a realistic idea of what to expect. Guests are offered the choice of either a tiny room, or of a multi-room space suitable for families in a DYI vacation. Everything is old and smelly. The main bed in unconfortable so we wned up sleeping in a secondary room where the bed was just OK. Not worth the price. Only consider this hotel if you are in a family of four or with two couples who can tolerate smelly places.
