Hezky opravený a zařízený dum, v blízkosti centra ale s neuvěřitelným klidem. Jako velký bonus je pekárna, která je hned ve vedlejší ulici.
Vrchní pokoj má opravdu nízké stropy, je tedy vhodný pro osoby do 150cm, ideální pro děti od 8 -13let (skrze prudké schody, které do pokoje vedou), jinak jste v pokoji v permanentním předklonu. Dům by také potřeboval generální úklid, nechci tím říct, že by nebylo v domě čisto, (koupelna, Wc, povlečení, vše OK) ale některá místa úklidu unikla, prostě by to chtělo vzít z gruntu jako před Vánoci ;)
