Exactly as advertised. Inexpensive room with kitchenette, small but clean and conveniently located. Yes, it's true that you can hear whatever goes on in the street outside, but it's not the fault of the property owners, and guests who complain about this are unreasonable: if you want soundproofing, stay at one of the many more expensive hotels around Ostuni. This is a small apartment in an old building opening directly onto a stone-paved alley; of course there will be some street noise. We didn't find it bad in October, but perhaps it is worse at the height of the tourist season. The location is excellent: a few minutes from the historic center, but just far enough out to make access by car quick and easy. We had no trouble finding free street parking on via Antonio Specchia during our stay. Excellent value for the price paid.
(1) The hot water heater under the sink in apartment 9 had a slow leak. The owners had placed a bowl under it, but we had to empty the bowl a couple of times to avoid listening to the dripping. (2) Like others, I found the online check-in procedure more cumbersome than strictly necessary, but it's not terrible, and the advantage is that you don't need to wait to meet with a proprietor when checking in: once you've filled out all the online forms and submitted photos of your passports, they leave the key in a lockbox outside the door and it's waiting for you when you arrive. If you're traveling without internet access (and some people still do), it's a dealbreaker, but for us it was a fair trade.

We loved the painted hearts on the cupboards, the high rock ceilings, and ground-level entrance. Quiet location but still only a 7 minute walk to main piazza.

I loved my appartment and always choose to stay here when I visit Ostuni. Adorable and so clean, lovely little hearts as decor in the space, very close to the centre of everything and Maurizio, the host, took care of all my requests even collecting me from the train station and doing the check in. There's a lovely ambiance in the room, made me want to stay in actually and within walking distance you have many places to dine. Loved that there is a coffee machine in the room and some little cakes which meant I had access to that instead of having to walk out in the morning. Great shower too!

Centrally located and fine for one night, helpful early check in.
The room we were allocated looks nothing like the pictures. It is extremely small and one continuous room.
