About this house rental
The house is located on the walls that surround the old Town of Ostuni, and overlooks both the sea and the narrow streets and the cathedral.
Access by car:
The property is located in the pedestrian area therefore is not accessible without a residential permit: the closest parking (both free and not) is located 300/500 meters from the house.
The House:
The entrance door leads via a short staircase to the first floor where we find the living room with access to the balcony, a double bedroom, a small bathroom (with shower but no windows), the kitchen (with stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave and the dining room with a table for 6/8 guests and fridge.
With approximately 10 steps, you reach the second floor, where you find both the exit to the panoramic terraces and the master bedroom : the suite can accommodate up to 4 people; the suite with a queen bed in the alcove, a living room with fireplace, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and a sofabed with a single bed with the possibility of transforming it into a large queen bed; the bathroom with window, shower and washing machine.
The Terrace is equipped with a sofa overlooking the old town and the sea, a dining table and benches.
Equipment and air conditioning:
There is both an electric oven with gas machine and dishwasher in the kitchen, as well as a microwave oven. There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
Heating is guaranteed with electrical devices on the 2nd floor and with hot/cold air conditioning on the 1st floor.
Attention:
Stairs
The house being on several floors with internal stairs, is not suitable for people with mobility disabilities and could be dangerous for children from 1 to 4 years.
Height
Some passages from one room to another are less than 2 meters high, therefore it is important to be careful to lower your head if you are tall.
We love animals:
Any requests to accommodate animals will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. On site there is a contact persons available for any need.
Additional charges:
Wi-Fi (portable) available with a small additional fee of €10 per stay
Electricity: contribution of €5 per day per guest.

This property is wonderful. it has a lovely suite on the second floor and the first floor has a lovely living room kitchen and bedroom and bathroom. balcony on each floor and a beautiful view out toward the sea. We did not want to leave. The home owner was very helpful and we were met and helped with our bags.
This is a beautiful authentic home, and we really felt at home, and part of the community here.
