L'atout majeur de la villa est son emplacement et son espace extérieur, en pleine nature dans un quartier calme avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et sur le village d'Ostuni, à quelques minutes du centre du village et d'un supermarché. Gina avait préparé un panier garni et de l'eau fraiche à notre arrivée, et elle a été très arrangeante pour l'heure de notre départ.
L'intérieur est simple, resté dans l'état, mais conforme au rapport qualité/prix. L'aménagement de la kitchenette et de la salle de bain mériterait quelques améliorations ( car notamment une douche très petite ! ) Le séjour est resté néanmoins très agréable !
