Excellent location, well equipped studio made for a great mini break

An ideal place to stay for someone arriving by train and wanting to explore the heart of Alençon on foot. The studio is situated in a lovely street just a few minutes from the cathedral. I felt safe and comfortable and enjoyed the decor, especially the papier mâché side table. When I encountered difficulties with the lock box, help was immediately available - thank you!

Excellent room. Instructions for entry very clear. Very clean. Lovely apartment. Very comfortable.

Curtains didn’t fit windows properly and there was a security light outside going on and off all night.

Quality accommodation at a good price in a great location.

Lovely room with more than adequate kitchen facilities and a really good shower/toilet. Iron was a real bonus. Very well appointed and in a great spot near the cathedral in the historic part of Alencon. We would return……very good value for money. Recommended.

A very enjoyable place to stay in the very centre of Alençon.

Excellent location, ground floor apartment, comfortable bed, bright and attractive.

Just one thing- no freezer section to the fridge. To us this is important to freeze ice blocks to keep food cool on the next stage of our journey when travelling through France.

Malgré le stationnement difficile, cet appartement est vraiment bien situé pour profiter d'Alençon

Emplacement au centre des commerces et restaurants, à 2 pas de la cité historique.

Garer sa voiture n'est pas facile à Alençon. Tout est payant aux alentours du gîte, et pour des durées de 2 heures. Il est possible cependant de trouver quelques parkings gratuits (notamment celui du musée de la dentelle qui n'est pas très loin de l'appartement)

La déco est très jolie, la literie digne de ce nom, et la cuisine parfaitement équipée . L'emplacement est en plein cœur de la ville mais très calme. L' extérieur est également appréciable et charmant.

La qualité de la décoration. C'est reposant et très chic.

J ai eu un souci de connexion du téléviseur (qui semblait inhabituel selon la personne que j ai eu par SMS) et je n ai donc pas pu en bénéficier. C est vraiment le seul point noir de mon séjour.

Séjour central et confortable dans un havre de paix et de beauté.

Le studio est neuf et bien entretenu. Christine a répondu présent après une panne électrique sans conséquence. Bonne réactivité et contact sympathique. Appartement calme bien rénové et très central. On a parcouru la charmante ville d'Alençon à pied. Je recommande la visite du musée et de la dentelle. A voir aussi SEES et MORTAGNE EN PERCHE, régions à découvrir.

Un petit déjeuner avec plus de café et thé- confiture serait apprécié mais il est vrai que le rapport qualité prix de l'établissement est excellent.

Schönes, zentral gelegenes Studio

Zugang per Schlüsselsafe hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wohnung sauber und warm. Bett sehr bequem. Schönes Bad. Lage ruhig aber sehr zentral. Parkplatz vor der Tür ( mit etwa Glück ).

Wasserhahn am Waschbecken nicht ganz ideal plaziert. Seesel zum sehr kleinen Tisch sehr unpraktisch zum Essen. Man hat uns das Schloss auf der Fahrerseite mit Kleber zugekleistert aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts.
