la situation geographique

l'insonorisation de l'appartement (escalier en bois) et l'environnement ( en dehors de l'immeuble qui peut etre tres bruyant certain soir ( fete jusqu'a 4h du matin)

L’emplacement est top, l’endroit plutôt calme, Alain est un hôte disponible. C’est un appartement très agréable et on est très vite à l’aise, très bien aménagé.

C’est pas que je n’ai pas apprécié, mais la salle de bain est un peu petite pour une claustrophobe comme moi
