Sofa seating and TV good. Easy to find. Good car parking. Not far from town centre.

No air con, no minibar, no dining area, no bidet as said in description. No table and chairs to eat just sofa and coffee table. Only found one usable towel in cupboard, all others damp. Crockery and glassware very mismatched. Shower and basin room very small.

Since I could not gain entry I could not stay so one word describes my “stay”. Disaster!

The instruction to phone on arrival was answered in French with no response possible in English. With assistance from a kindly local citizen I eventually found the property but the code to the lockbox at the door would not work so I could not enter. The same citizen tried also to make sense of the situation but like me gave up and assisted me to find a room at the Ibis Hotel. I will be cancelling the same room that I had booked for my return journey on 26 August. The website photograph is totally misleading and it should be taken down.

Magnifique petit studio avec tout le nécessaire disponible. Le proprietaire est tres agréable et répond tres vite a toutes question. La proximité des magasins est un vrai plaisir. Merci pour votre gentillesse Monsieur et félicitation pour le studio décoré sobrement avec goût.

Heerlijk rustig, goede parkeerplaats. Goed bed, ruime slaapkamer. Zoals beloofd een prachtige TV om even de zinnen te verzetten. Keukentje met alles aanwezig om maaltijd te bereiden.

Ietwat muffe geur in mini-badkamer, werd beter met doorluchten.

Gute Lage, ruhig gelegen. Parkplätze auf der Straße. Küche gut ausgestattet. Good location, quiet. Parking on the street. Kitchen well equipped.

Es gab nur Elektroheizungen, die nicht an war. Daher war es schon etwas kühl in der Wohnung. Erst morgens war es angenehm. Die Nachttischlampen gingen nicht, der Akku war leer. Keine richtige Sitzmöglichkeit zum Essen! Sehr kleines Bad. Zum Glück mit extra-Toilette, aber auch diese war sehr eng. There was only electric heating, which wasn't turned on. Therefore, it was already a bit chilly in the apartment. It wasn't until the morning that it was pleasant. The bedside lamps didn't work; the batteries were dead. There was no proper seating for eating! Very small bathroom. Luckily, there was a separate toilet, but even that was very cramped.

Appartamento carino, vicino al centro

La posizione era comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi. C'è tutto il necessario per soggiornare, letto molto comodo.

Il bagno è diviso in due parti e dove c'è il vater il locale è piccolissimo e senza areazione. Disagevole! Portare le bici in casa e tenerle in soggiorno non è molto comodo, però non è possibile vare diversamente.

Tutto,ovunque tracce di cose altrui, abbandonate,pulizia lasciamo perdere e odore di fogna ovunque in tutta la casa. Noi dopo essere arrivati e vista la situazione dopo un’ora abbiamo abbandonato l’alloggio e siamo andati in albergo. Mai più, sconsigliatissimo.

Buena opción

Lo mejor la posibilidad de aparcar, zona tranquila y cerca del centro. Todo muy limpio. Impresionante TV con acceso a múltiples plataformas para ver contenidos en tu idioma (En mis viajes nunca he disfrutado de algo así) . Me encantó el suelo de madera de la habitación y del salón, la idea de las puertas estilo granero genial. El apartamento está muy bien decorado y su idea en conjunto es muy buena. No usamos la cocina, solo puntualmente el microondas pero está bien equipada. Simon pendiente de que la recepción y la estancia fueran perfectas así como de solventar cualquier incidencia.

Creo pese a todo necesita una reforma más integral, la incomodida del WC y del aseo, el olor a humedad en todas las estancias es para hacer una valoración de la vivienda. Las toallas y sábanas tal vez necesitan un recambio. Si llegas en fin de semana no hay mucha opción de restauración a pie, otra opción McDonalds y Burger King en coche.

C'est un petit logement plutôt sympa,tout près du centre-ville mais situé dans une rue calme.J'ai apprécié pouvoir me garer juste devant.La décoration est cosy et le propriétaire réactif et à l'écoute.

A part le petit couac concernant la récupération des clés, j'aurais apprécié un peu plus de vaiselle (verres,tasses, assiettes)-c'était un peu juste pour deux.Les oreillers sont trop petits pour être confortables et les lampes de chevet - qui fonctionnent sans prise - se sont éteintes au bout de cinq minutes et n'ont jamais voulu se rallumer.

Le quartier calme et le parking à proximité

Mauvaises odeurs de remontées d égouts et de tabac froid. Le grand manque d hygiène : - manque de rafraîchissement général de l appartement - pas de table ni chaises pour prendre les repas - présence d effets personnels du propriétaire et une bouteille entamée dans le frigo, pas d eau froid à la cuisine, - les draps n avaient pas été changés et le drap housse taché, le protégé matelas sale des deux côtés (voir photos) ainsi que le matelas (des 2 cotés) - nous avons passé 3/4 h à nettoyer la douche… - la mauvaise odeur de l appartement due au manque d entretien… etc… - pas de prises électriques dans la chambre … et installations électriques pas aux normes - wc et salle de bain trop petits Je suis surprise de tous ces avis favorables sur Booking.com !!!!!

Nous avons passé une nuit chez Simon Le logement est conforme à la description: la pièce de vie et la literie sont confortables , on peut se garer au pied du petit immeuble sur un parking privé, le quartier est calme. Simon est réactif aux messages et à l'écoute en cas de besoin.
