Overall we were pleased and the only disappointment was the noise and smoke in the court yard area.

Very clean and well equipped studio providing everything needed for a short stay. As the building is in the centre of town, parking might have been a problem but, fortunately for us, we managed to squeeze into the last remaining place in the street right outside the building.

Our studio (number 1) was at the back of the building and overlooked a small yard, which is available for the storage of bikes. Unfortunately, the table and chairs under a small covered area at the end of the yard were used by some selfish inconsiderate guests, who smoked and chatted till well after midnight. I asked them to show some respect and make less noise but, even after that, we could still hear them and were unable to open our bedroom window because of the smoke and talking directly outside. This experience marred an otherwise very pleasant stay and I would suggest that the owner should make it clear in the details that they provide a smoking area outside. If we had known this in advance, we would not have booked studio 1 and, possibly, not have booked the property at all, as nowadays the vast majority of properties are completely non smoking.

Quiet, comfortable studio in excellent location.

The location is excellent. A couple of minutes walk from the centre of the town. Car parking spaces outside, pay at the metre. Also a secure underground car park a few minutes walk away. Room was clean, comfortable with a small kitchenette. Very quiet location considering how close it was to the town.

Hand soap in the bathroom was virtually empty. Bathroom door didn't close unless locked from the inside. Needs a net curtain over the front door to give privacy to the room in the daytime. There was a secure blind for nighttime. Kitchen light was a bit dull.

Great for stopover or exploring Alencon area

Cosy but excellent apartment. Well equipped, newly furnished, very central, but quiet location. Alencon is a lovely city to visit too - medieval with a modern twist. Parking outside was easy with 2 hour limit from 9am and free overnight.

Situation en centre ville, proche commerces et restaurants. Appartement joliment agencé avec pleins de petites attentions ( café, chocolat....) Propriétaire disponible et attentif à nos demandes.

Peut-être mettre des volets à la place des rideaux pour avoir moins de luminosité le soir.
