Die Lage war perfekt, der Fluss direkt vor dem Haus. Das Haus war gemütlich und heimelig. Es ist sehr still. Man konnte direkt vor Ort fischen, Anglerbedarf ist vorhanden. Das WLan auch wenn man das nicht unbedingt braucht ist sehr gut. Der Vermieter hat immer nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist und auch Tipps für Aktivitäten gegeben. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, man fühlt sich hier wie zu Hause. Die Natur, der Fluss perfekt zum Abschalten.

Tucked away in the heart of snow-covered wilderness, this wooden cottage felt like stepping into a winter fairytale. Surrounded by nothing but a pristine white meadow, forests, a frozen lake and endless sky, the sense of peace and seclusion was absolute. If you’re looking to truly disconnect and breathe, this is the place. The cottage itself was exceptional — beautifully built from warm, solid wood that glowed against the icy landscape outside. Every detail felt thoughtful and authentic, combining rustic charm with complete comfort. The fireplace was the soul of the cabin and we enjoyed sitting around the crackling fire. The villa also boasts a beautiful wooden sauna. Juho is a great and accommodating host. And immediately made us feel welcome. The location is wonderfully remote and secluded, offering total privacy without sacrificing comfort, but still in close reach to Ranua. At Ranua zoo we saw many animals. For me personally the polar bears, wolves and the snow owls were the highlight. This cottage wasn’t just accommodation; it was an experience. Absolutely perfect in every way and made for a memorable stay.

I had an amazing holiday staying in a truly beautiful villa. The place was very warm, cozy, and perfectly maintained, which made it ideal for a winter stay in Lapland. The atmosphere was magical, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable — everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation. The owner was absolutely wonderful: very responsible, kind, and caring. He went above and beyond to help us, including assisting with reserving the jacuzzi and later helping us book amazing experiences such as reindeer tours, husky safaris, and snowmobile adventures. His support and local guidance made our trip truly special and stress-free. Communication was excellent, and he made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Lapland. An unforgettable experience, and I would happily return without hesitation 🤍❄️
