Loved the atmosphere, location, host attention, and comfort. We only stayed 1 night but it was great! Host even left drinks and snacks for us and was extremely responsive to our questions regarding the AC /Heating. Would stay here again no doubt !

Perfect - well equipped, spacious and homely.

We travelled around Italy and stayed in numerous places and this was by far the best! There was nothing that Sara hadn’t thought of. It felt like she was a friend welcoming us into her home. It was comfortable, spacious, close to city centre and good transport links. It was everything we could’ve asked for and more and Sara was a very warm, welcoming and responsive host. My advice to anyone looking for accommodation in Florence is to stop looking around and just book this one!

It was perfect for our group of 4 adults! Appreciate that there was a washing machine too!

Sara met us at the property to provide a walkthrough and the door codes. She also provided some snacks and beverages to make our short stay more comfortable and convenient. Towels were provided in every room. The patio / garden looked lovely but we didn’t get a chance to use it. A 15 minute walk to the main area / piazza / marble church. Overall, our host was very communicative and super accommodating for our group of 4. I am glad we decided to listen to the previous reviews from other guests and book this stay.

Fantastic stay – Sara was the best!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sara was such a lovely host and really thought of everything- we arrived to lots of yummy treats and the best limoncello! The apartment was perfect for three couples with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and the beds were super comfy after long days exploring. Great location too, close to the train station and only about a 20-minute walk to the main sights. Sara was great with communication and even let us drop our bags off early. We loved our stay!

Lovely flat allowing everyone to have their own space for relaxing, as well as space to socialise together. The jacuzzi bath in the main bedroom. Sara was a brilliant host.

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s beautifully decorated and has its own lovely terrace, perfect for relaxing. The location couldn’t be better—right by the T2 station, which made getting back to the airport super easy. Sara, the host, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She kindly let us drop off our luggage a few hours before check-in, which was such a big help. When we arrived, we were delighted to find the table set with fresh fruit, cantucci, coffee, and more, and the fridge stocked with prosecco and limoncello—such thoughtful touches that made us feel so welcome. What impressed us the most was Sara’s kindness. We accidentally left our iPad behind on a shelf, and she immediately offered to send it to us. That level of care and generosity is rare, and we’re so grateful. We highly recommend this apartment and would absolutely stay here again!

A lovely apartment with a super host!

A spacious 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom apartment with a sofa bed in the living room comfortably accommodated five of us. The terrace was a lovely respite at the end of a day out. Sara had left us fruits, yogurt, local treats, vino, limoncello and water! Fully air conditioned, the apartment also includes a spa bath in one bedroom, ensuite in another, and a washing machine. Sara went over and above to make our stay a positive experience.

Great place for a five-adult family group!

Easy to find. Parking close by for our rental car (in a paid underground garage). About a 1-mile walk from everything we wanted to see while in Florence. The owner’s greeting upon our arrival was great, and she stalked the kitchen with everything we needed for the morning when we left to walk into Florence to do our sightseeing.

Everything in Italy (and Europe in general) seems to be smaller than in the US, like the showers and beds, and this apartment is no exception, but that is not a knock on this apartment and instead it is just an observation of five adult Americans spending about a week in Italy.

Good place to stay with a small and large group

First of all the Host (Sara) was very kind and very friendly she was very responsive for every question I had even before i arrived at the apartment. She left alot of coffee and other drinks and local snacks as a welcome gift. The apartment was realy comfortable even for a large group of people. The apartment was ofcourse clean and it looked recently renovated. The apartment also had a very nice terrace with nice lighting. The city center is not far from the apartment. There is also a tram station on the street of the apartment. There is public parking available on the street and in a garage for 10 euro for 24 hours.

Everything is great, excellent geographical location, enthusiastic landlord and cleaning every day. There is a lot of food and drink in the refrigerator, and the accommodation environment is also clean and tidy. The landlord also prepared a lot of desserts and drinks for us. If I come to Florence again, I will live here again! Everything is fine!

A perfect stay for a family close by Santa Maria Novella train station & across Tram 1 stop.

Sara is really a nice and super host. She is very helpful, spending time explaning about the property, all the ammenities in the apt, very detail and go above and beyond answering our questions. She made us feel at home and comfortable right away. Plenty of add on (coffee pods, milk, fruits, water) on top of the basic (shampoo, toilet paper). And with washer/dryer in the apt, we are able to do our laundry during our stay. The jacuzzi inside one of the bedroom is definitely a bonus, extremely when you use it after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

The property is gorgeous! The space was well used and the interior design is intentional. Everything is functional and convenient. Sara, the owner, is very accommodating, professional and very generous. She made sure we are well oriented to the property. Since she knee it was our first time to visit Florence, she provided us snacks from the area as well as great coffee! The area is very convenient, walkable to major sites and the train station.

Amazing apartment, 5 star experience

This property is amazing, it is even better than what it looks like the photos. It is modern, well kept, the furnishings are high-end. It looks like an apartment you will see in a decor magazine. Sara was so friendly and accomodating, she even left us treats and food. We had a 5 star experience. The best accommodations and very good host.

Exceptional accommodations! We’ve been in several locations around Italy and this was by far the best we’ve stayed in. We wished we could have stayed longer. Good location just across tram station so getting around was very easy. Very comfortable. Place was pristine. Had everything we needed including an Italian Espresso machine. Host was very helpful with luggage storage on arrival and departure. She left breakfast stuff for us and a lot of other essentials.

A spacious and beautiful apartment with fabulous customer service

The apartment was so beautiful. It was a great size and furnished perfectly, the coffee station was fantastic easy to use and delicious Jim coffee. The host Sara was so lovely, welcoming and helpful. The fruit and local biscuits were such a nice touch as well and very generous. The bathrooms were all of a good size with nice showers , shampoo , conditioner and shower gel supplied but the star of the show and an added touch of luxury was the jacuzzi bath - perfect to relax in with a glass of wine whilst watching tv or listening to music after a long long day walking around beautiful Florence. The bedrooms were great all with huge TVs bedside lamps , good storage and good lighting and very comfy beds! We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and I expect we will book again for next year ! Thank you so much Sara 🥰

By far the best experience we have had on our Europe trip. Exceptionally friendly and warm hosts. Sara extended herself to cater to any of our needs. The place is exactly as portrayed online. Magnifique

Nous avons passés 2 nuits a 7 personnes dans cet appartement magnifique. Tout était parfait, la literie très confortable la déco soignée, une terrasse au calme. L’arrêt de tram juste en face vous déposera en 2 arrêts à la gare de Florence. Et un parking couvert sécurisé pour 10 euros par jour. Rien à dire sauf un énorme merci à Sara, hôte très réactive et pleines d’attention. N’hésitez pas vous ne serez pas déçu

Solo una notte, ma una notte memorabile!

L’appartamento è perfetto. Siamo stati in 4 adulti. Ci sono 3 camere da letto( Letto matrimoniale King size x 3), 3 bagni, una sala da colazione e un bel patio/ giardino. Ideale per una famiglia o un gruppo di cari amici. Sara è stata molto gentile e professionale. Ci hanno offerto per colazione una torta intera, biscotti, brioche, girella, banane, mele e clementini, latte, yogurt e 6 bottiglie d’acqua naturale. C’è anche una super macchina del caffè, mai vista. Siamo molto soddisfatti, divertiti, contenti. Grazie Sarà di tutto.

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Sehr geschmackvoll und auch sinnvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist auch unschlagbar. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß machen und die Tram vom Flughafen bzw. zum Bahnhof hält direkt vor dem Haus. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder und nur zu empfehlen!
