As expected comfortable and big enough, only complaint is the tv’s didn’t work but everything else was fine.
TVs didn’t work and decking area was too small for the table that was there and it was also on its last legs. May be get a smaller table and chairs

It was in a perfect location on the park
The cleanliness of the caravan wasn’t the best such as the shower was dirty with other peoples hairs left on the bottom, the floor where the kitchen is was very dirty my baby who is crawling had black feet and knees from the floor and there were again other peoples hairs all over the floor. Also there were dead bugs in the double bedroom floor

Clean, honk we were charged to have a dog but the property themselves have a dog?
Some bits tired. Could not find a bread knife. It wasn’t a quiet site.

Exactly how described, homely, clean and comfortable. Perfect for our 3 day stay, my husband had a flying lesson in nearby Clacton airfield which was the purpose of our visit. Out of season so not too busy.
For us the location on site would have been too central in high season, but if you like being close to the entertainment then this would be perfect for you.
