Good location to the clubhouse. Kitchen and bathroom was clean. Good size master for a caravan, small walkway on both sides of the bed. Decor was sweet and homely in the lounge and bedrooms. Shower pressure and heat is good.

The sofa had lots of stains on, all but one seat had large historic stains and a couple of the back cushions, including on the dining sofa (food of some description) The covers come off, it wouldn't take much to throw them in the wash. Didn't look nice to want to sit on. Comfy enough though, sitting on a blanket. The beds absolutely need a topper on, you can feel all the springs sadly. The shower could do with re-masticing at the bottom, doesn't look nice, and the tile stickers are peeling off. Again, another quick job that's not costly. The fridge and freezer had lots of tape holding together cracks, couple of sharp edges. Was clean, though. When you're spending over £100 per night you expect it to look neat and tidy. Entertainment passes are NOT included, cost an additional £85 which covered 2 adults and 2 children for up to 4 nights. It's more for 5+ days.
