Wonderful location with great facilities. Enjoyed the hot tub and tennis court. Clean & well-equipped cottage.

Nothing not to like!

It was a really cosy cottage with ample space for two and a lovely welcome pack on arrival. Bamburgh was very accessible by foot.

Car parking could have been better

Hayloft Cottage was perfect for our two night stay in Bamburgh. The cottage was really cozy and the facilities were really good. Nice touch having the woodburner and the welcome pack from the host with some really lovely local goodies. Within walking distance to Bamburgh.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like although the height of the shower and length of the beds could be a problem if you are over 5ft 11. The only thing I would comment on was that it wasn't clear to me when we booked that the hot tub and garden area were communal shared areas. There was no problem with this generally, but we were expecting our own hot tub and there was an issue in this area as people with dogs were not cleaning up after them and this area is also a children's play park. This wasn't the hosts fault but maybe sectioning off an area for dogs might be helpful.
