Spacious, good location with parking
Only one sofa had a back cushion
The storage room could have done either a door as it had no heating
Perhaps the bedding could be updated

Great location
The property is clean but looking a little tired in places and in need of some minor refurbishments. We couldn’t find the ironing board. Bath and bathroom sinks are slow to drain and the sink plug needs a minor repair.

Very spacious with large lounge area and good sized bedrooms.
Pleasant conservatory overlooking garden getting morning sun
Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed
10 mins walk into centre of Seahouses so away from busy areas but close enough to walk into very quickly
Musty smell coming from bathroom area
Key locking box not very secure
Heating timing seemed to have a mind of its own
