Nice stay, weather was atrocious.
Great location, nice size for a family of 5. Good facilities, nice and warm.
The front door lock was really stiff, I had to oil it so my wife could operate it. Bath panel showed signs of rotting. The charge of £25 per pet was a bit much, as we had 2 dogs.

Almost everything. Beds and towels were superb, good lounge armchair with 2 large sofas that were too deep. Excellent kitchen and bathroom, and TVs in every room. Very warm heating. Free car parking close by.
No soap and shampoo in shower/bath. Toaster has 2 slots working (out of 4). The WiFi was impossible to use, which was a first for us. Anywhere else, you just see the service in Settings and add the password. Not here. I texted immediately but didn't get a reply until we had left after 3 days, and that was over-complicated.

Lovely house, nicely decorated and comfortable but cleaning needs improving
Location, comfy beds and sofa. Nice decoration
Not clean. Stove top was covered in grease and the worktops were sticky. I had to clean the bath before use too as slimy texture round the bottom like bubble bath or shampoo or something had not been cleaned up from Previous guests. Boiler constantly on, house was really hot!! And it was making a noise like it was constantly filling with water?
