It was quiet.
I thought it had a garden but it didn’t, would definitely benefit from a combi boiler as hot water ran out after two people went in the shower. White goods a bit dated and soft furnishings could do with an update.

Great location, about 45 minutes' walk on the coastal path to Bambrough and a 30-minute drive to Lindisfarne. The open plan kitchen/diner living room (upstairs) is spacious and has great views -- and a telescope.
