The best accommodation of our trip to Armenia! Andy is extremely kind and quick to respond to messages. The house is perfectly equipped and clean. It is conveniently located for exploring the centre of Gyumri, with the main square just a 10-minute walk away. The house is warm, you can park your car right in front of the accommodation, and I slept really well since it is a detached house.
Nothing. It would be nice if the road in front of the house were in better condition, but poorly maintained roads full of potholes are common in the area. Of course, this is not the owner's responsibility, but rather the city's, which probably does not invest enough resources in properly maintaining its roads.

We had a great stay at this lovely mini house. It was clean, warm and spacious with a welcoming, helpful host. We parked outside on the street and easily walked to restaurants, town sights and shops. Gyumri is a fascinating, cultured city and we hope more tourists get out of Yerevan and visit this architectural gem.
