Clean, Morden and warm
Path way to the entrance from the road was covered with Snow and ice making it very dangerous specially for little kids and elderly. I was given a shovel to clear the path my self After asking the staff.
Sofa was very small and on the uncomfortable and well used side.
There is no Dryer to dry your cloths after being wet in a snow/ice or coming back from the hot pools.

The location was good
We didn't like finding the unwashed rice cooker, the food coated oven gloves, the big gas ring on the oven not working and the burnt looking inside of the electric water jug which we didn't use. We removed a couple of ?? on the walls with wipes by our beds. The settee was so small and the set up of the table and chairs proved impossible for 2 people to sit down comfortably on the settee and as there were 3 of us we found it unsatisfactory. General cleanliness poor
