It’s good value for money.
The property manager sent a private SMS to my mobile phone, over 14 days after my stay claiming that I cracked one of the window in the bedroom. This to me sounds like a scam.
Property manager suppose to lodge a claim, or complaint through booking.com, not messaging customer directly from a private number demand payment.
Sending a photo of a cracked window after 2 weeks is not an evident that I caused that crack.
That photo can be used to send to customers after customers. Who knows!!!??!

Spacious and everything we needed.
Construction nearby but we were warned so can’t really hold that against it.

Every room has a toilet, and the living area is spacious.
Only one room at the back has no wardrobe to hang the clothes which is less convenient for guests.

Many rooms and toilet, good for big group. Location is convenient enough to lake tekapo main area and restaurant with car.
Houses were very close to each other. There is no view at all. Price is too expensive for such house.
