Spacious and everything we needed.
Construction nearby but we were warned so can’t really hold that against it.

Every room has a toilet, and the living area is spacious.
Only one room at the back has no wardrobe to hang the clothes which is less convenient for guests.

Quiet, warm, spacious, comfortable, good layout and well equipped.
The kitchen and equipment was not as clean as it could have been. We had to clean the fridge, oven and some of the pans before using. A dustpan and brush /mop would have been be handy. We were unable to check in at the scheduled time as the cleaners had another hour to finish, resulting in a change of our plans.

Many rooms and toilet, good for big group. Location is convenient enough to lake tekapo main area and restaurant with car.
Houses were very close to each other. There is no view at all. Price is too expensive for such house.
