The place was amazing.
The BBQ didn’t work and the only pan they had to use on the stove was on its last legs. The range hood lights didn’t work and they would benefit from an airfryer. Other than that it was good

House and layout were awesome. House was very well equipped. Location is great, with great views of the mountains and lake.
The only thing I think could have been better was cleanliness. The house itself was clean, feel it needs a bit of deeper clean, behind beds, couches etc. It was clear that hasn't been cleaned for a while...

Location and view
Needed more attention to cleaning, in particular oven was dirty, bbq needed cleaning before use and is in need of refurb and replacement of burners. Carpets stained in many areas, lounge furniture of poor quality with loose covers to hide whatever underneath. Overall this property could present so much better with some TLC
