House and layout were awesome. House was very well equipped. Location is great, with great views of the mountains and lake.
The only thing I think could have been better was cleanliness. The house itself was clean, feel it needs a bit of deeper clean, behind beds, couches etc. It was clear that hasn't been cleaned for a while...

The location was very good.
None of the toilet and showers has the locks working and I have checked the feedback review back where one of the other family has provided the same feedback in April 2026 but nothing has been done to get that repaired. Which was disappointing, if there is a feedback book then each genuine feedback should be taken into consideration. Not enough portable room heaters. The bed heaters were not working in two rooms.

Location and view
Needed more attention to cleaning, in particular oven was dirty, bbq needed cleaning before use and is in need of refurb and replacement of burners. Carpets stained in many areas, lounge furniture of poor quality with loose covers to hide whatever underneath. Overall this property could present so much better with some TLC
