Great location. Easy access to Lake Tekapo, such a beautiful place. I felt safe and comfortable in Sam's place. Fireplace was beautiful. Plenty heaters available for the different bedrooms too. Beautiful garden and view of the mountains from Sam's place.
Some of my family members are sensitive to dust so we got a bit itchy.

Nice house, comfortable with everything you need for a night or a week.
The house was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Bed sheets were unchanged, used towels were on the floor.
