For additional sleeping arrangements, there's a queen-sized sleeper sofa, perfect for accommodating extra guests.
The cabin comes fully equipped with streaming TV and high-speed internet, ensuring you stay entertained and connected throughout your stay. Despite its old-world charm, the cabin doesn't skimp on modern comforts. One of the highlights of this log cabin is the outdoor patio. Here, you can immerse yourself in the tranquility of the surrounding forest, listen to the whispering pines, and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Plus, enjoy the cabin's "dark night skies" with incredible views of the Milky Way on clear nights. .

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.
Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.
All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.
~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.
**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was just my wife and I and our dog. The cabin had everything we needed, and it was very comfortable and relaxing. The location is great, close to Salida and so many recreation areas. We have already recommended it to some friends.

Cozy and clean cabin in the woods. Very peaceful and relaxing. Visited for a quiet get away with my husband and our dog. Just what we wanted. Very dog friendly.
